The Decree consists of 44 sections divided into 8 Chapters: Purpose, application sphere and definitions (I); Approval and registration of operations (II); requirements regarding compound feeding stuffs, premixtures and integrated feeding stuffs (III); Packing and labelling (IV); Importation from third countries (V); Supervision and control (VI): Provisions relative to salmonella (VII); Final provisions (VIII).
This Decree makes provision for the supervision over and the control of the production, importation, and sale of compound feeding stuffs and premixtures of feeding stuffs.
