Decree relative to control of feeding stuffs for fish and other aquatic organisms.

The Decree consists of 20 sections divided into 14 Chapters: Application sphere (I); Definitions (II); Prohibition (III); Approval (IV); Supervision and control (V): Charges (VI); Declaration, information relative to goods (VII); Analysis of feeding stuffs (VIII); Penalties and enforcement (IX); Exemptions (X); Delegation (XI); Appeal within the administration (XII); Amendments (XIII); Entry into force (XIV).
This Decree makes provision for the supervision over and the control of the production, importation, and sale of feeding stuffs for fish and other aquatic organisms which shall be destined for human consumption or feeding stuffs. Section 3 prohibits, inter alia, the production, importation or sale of feed which is not on the "positive list" of which mention is made in section 7.
