Act No. 18 of 1973 relative to the control of feedstuffs.

This Act applies to the production, importation and sale of feedstuffs which are presented as being suitable for the feeding of animals. Section 2 defines "feedstuffs". It includes added substances. "Production", "importation" and "sale" are also defined. Production, importation and sale of feedstuffs shall be subject to rules issued by the King pursuant to section 4. The King may also issue rules on the notification of production, importation or sale and book-keeping. The Department of Agriculture may issue rules on the public control of feedstuffs. (12 sections)
