Abstract
This Decree regulates certain aspects of the importation of plant protection substances that do fall with the application sphere of food laws and requires an importer to take certain measures to secure the right handling of such substances. In each importing company there shall be appointed a person responsible for plant protection. Such person take care of all duties of the company as set out in the present Decree. In order to request approval of biological testing the company must be approved as importer. The importer shall make use of approved storage capacity for the storage of plant protection substances.
