Abstract
This Decree provides for public control over the commercial sale of all animals so as to prevent spreading of infectious diseases. No sales operations may take place without a permit from the local Food Authority office. This office may establish such conditions as he deems necessary for the issuing of the permit. Premises used for commercial sales operations shall be approved by the office. In the case of violation of the provisions of the Act on Measures Against Animal Diseases or the Animal Protection Act, the office may withdraw the permit. The same official shall control the sale of animals and the observation of conditions set forth. (9 sections)
