Abstract
The Decree consists of 33 sections divided into 8 Chapters: Scope, application sphere of the Act and administration areas (I); Wildlife living habitat (II); Conditions for hunting (III); Killing and stupefaction of animals for other purposes than protection (IV); Rules relative to hunting (V); Further rules relating to hunting (VI); Miscellaneous provisions (VII); Exemptions, appeal and offences (VIII).
Administration of wildlife shall take place having regard to the conservation of wildlife and its natural living environment. "Wildlife" here means all living birds and land-going mammals. The Decree applies also to the territorial waters. The sections on hunting provide for hunting licences, hunting gear, size of animals, etc.
