Abstract
The text of the Decree consists of 20 sections divided into 4 Chapter: Scope, application sphere and definitions (I); General requirements (II); Requirements relative to health (III); Final provisions (IV).
The Decree aims at the prevention of diseases affecting living tame pigs in relation with their importation and exportation. General requirements concern registered establishments, transport, earmarking and health certificates. Chapter III contains specific requirements in relation with single diseases such as swine fever, brucellosis, and mouth and foot disease. (20 sections completed by 2 Schedules)
