Abstract
This Decree deals in a comprehensive way with the production, storage, transportation, and offering for sale of meat products intended for human consumption. The 9 Chapters include provisions relative to authorization of operations (II); specific health control measures (III); specific requirements for minced meat (IV); specific requiremenst regarding prepared meat products (VI); packaging, labeling etc. (VI); transportation of meat (VII); importation from third countries to the EEA (VIII).(36 articles completed by 4 Schedules containing provisions relative to health certificates and prescribing (microbiological) standards for minced meat and prepared meat products)
