Abstract
This Regulation prohibits to fish for redfish in Svalbard’s territorial waters for Norwegian and foreign vessels of any kind that engage in commercial fishing or assist the fishing fleet, including exploration and research vessels. When fishing for other species in Svalbard’s territorial waters, it is permitted to have up to 20% redfish by weight in individual catches and upon landing.
