Abstract
This Regulation prohibits Norwegian fishing vessels to fish for or to land cod and haddock in the fishery zone around Jan Mayen. Exempted from the prohibition of exploration fishing during the fishing season. Permission for such fishing is granted by the Directorate of Fisheries. The Directorate shall lay down such conditions in the permit that are necessary to ensure the right conduct in such fishing.
