Temporary Directive No. 314 of 1996 relative to requirements of bookkeeping in relation with the operation of fish breeding installations.

This Directive of the Director of Fisheries applies to the operation of all types of fish breeding installations. The holder of a permit to operate such installations shall keep books in order to be able to demonstrate the adequate control over fish breeding, the handling of dead fish, the administration of feed and drugs, and the use of chemicals. Section 3 specifies a comprehensive list of matters which shall be reported each month to the Directorate. (6 sections)
