Pesticide Rules, 2050 (1994).

These Rules establish the procedure for the registration of the pesticides, i.e. submission of the application, registration of the pesticide, denial of registering the pesticide, withdrawal or suspension of the registration. Further provisions concern the approval of the container and label in compliance with the standard fixed by the competent committee, the sale and distribution of the pesticide and the issuance of a licence for carrying out such business. The validity period of the licence shall be of two years. Pesticides inspectors shall be appointed according to the provisions of section 13 of these Rules, with the personnel identity cards for their identification.
