Act amending the Wastes Act.

This Act makes provision on metal wastes management. Operators engaged in outlet of metal wastes collection are obliged, when receiving these wastes, to fill the questionnaire laid down in the Act. The questionnaire refers to: wastes type, source of origin; first name and surname, address and number of identity card of the person giving the wastes. Questionnaires must be kept for five years.
