Act on the management of agricultural properties of the State Treasury.

This Act lays down the principles of management of possessions of the State Treasury concerning: (1) agricultural properties situated on areas designated for agricultural purposes, excluding lands of the National Forests and national parks; (2) other possessions left after liquidation of national agricultural enterprises and their associations; (3) forests not separated from properties. The consolidated Act is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Resources of Agricultural Property of the State Treasury (sect. 3); Financial management of the Resources (sect. 4); Management of the Resources of Agricultural Property of the State Treasury (sect. 5); Sale and purchase of properties (sect. 6); Permanent management (sect. 7); Tenancy and lease (sect. 8); Housing and social management (sect. 9); Final and transitional provisions (sect. 10).
