Regulation on conferring a status on the Agency of Agricultural Properties.

This Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury, which is composed of two Paragraphs and one Annex, confers a status on the Agency of Agricultural Properties. The Annex, which contains the status, consists of the following Sections: General rulings (sect. 1); Chairperson (sect. 2); Supervisory Board (sect. 3); Office of the Chairperson (sect. 4); Field units of the Agency (sect. 5); Economic units of the Resource (sect. 6); Authorization (sect. 7); Control and internal audit (sect. 8); Administering of undeveloped properties (sect. 9).
