Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of the Treasury, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, confers a status on the Agency of Agricultural Real Estates. The Annex, which contains the status, consists of the following Sections: General provisions (sect. 1); Chairperson (sect. 2); Office of the Chairperson (sect. 3); Field units of the Agency (sect. 4); Power of attorney (Sec. 5); Control and internal audit (sect. 6); Administering of undeveloped properties (sect. 7).
