This Regulation is composed of four paragraphs. The control of usage and processing of energetic plants for energetic purposes in a farm is executed in the location of a farm. The Agency for the Agricultural Market uses information contained in the declaration on usage and processing of energetic plants for energetic purposes in a farm, and information contained in documentation relating to the sale of energetic indirect products for processing for energetic purposes.
