Abstract
This Act, which is composed of 60 articles, establishes: (1) tasks and competences of organizational units concerning direct payments, supplement payments and sugar payments specified in the appropriate European Community provisions; (2) rules on direct payments, supplement payments and sugar payments, and rules on the control.
