Act on the support of sustainable development of the fisheries sector with the use of European Fisheries Fund.

This Act, which is composed of 34 articles, establishes tasks and competences of the authorities in promoting sustainable development of fisheries sector with the use of financial resources coming from the European Fisheries Fund. The Act lays down also conditions and procedures for granting, withdrawal and return of financial support to the implementation of measures under the priorities contained in the operational program, including technical assistance, if not specified in the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund or Commission Regulation (EC) No. 498/2007 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1198/2006 on the European Fisheries Fund.
