Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development establishes the new list of active substances which are forbidden or restricted for appliance to plant protection agents (specified originally in Annex 1 of the amended Regulation) and the list of active substances which are not accepted by the European Commission for appliance to plant protection agents and deadline until plants protection agents containing these substances may by in the trade (specified originally in Annex 2 of the amended Regulation).
