Abstract
The present Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes: the list of active substances which are forbidden or restricted for appliance to plant protection agents (the list in Annex 1); the list of active substances which are not accepted by the European Commission for appliance to plant protection agents and deadline until when plants protection agents containing these substances may by in the turnover.
