Regulation amending the Regulation on labelling of food products.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down some amendments and addenda to the Regulation on labelling of food products. In particular, the present Regulation amends provisions concerning labeling of fruit juices, fruit juices from concentrate fruit juice, concentrated fruit, fruit juice powder and fruit nectars, in accordance to the Directive 2012/12/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council amending Council Directive 2001/112/EC relating to fruit juices and certain similar products intended for human consumption.
