Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs, classifies beef as per commercial quality categories. Basic classes specified in the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation), are divided into three subclasses: with distinguishing feature plus, without a distinguishing feature, with distinguishing feature minus.
