Abstract
The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 14 Paragraphs and six Annexes, establishes: methods and scope of evaluation of levels of substances in the air, including required permanent and periodical measurements; minimum and maximum levels of estimation for substances with defined permitted levels, permitted frequency of exceeding levels of estimation, and method of establishing exceeding frequencies; minimum number of fixed measurement points for some types of measurements; criteria of localization of substance samples taking points; method of selection of measurement points; referential methods of air quality modelling.
