Abstract
The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of 15 paragraphs and seven Annexes, establishes: (1) methods and scope of evaluation of levels of substances in the air, (2) minimum and maximum levels of estimation for some substances in the air and permitted frequency of exceeding levels of estimation; (3) scope of required measurements, including permanent and periodical measurements; (4) criteria of localization of substance samples taking points; (5) minimum number of fixed measurements points; (6) cases when air quality evaluation can be done with measurement methods, modeling methods or other methods; (7) referential methods and requirements relating to quality of measurements; (8) scope of documentation concerning justification of localization of measurement points.
