Regulation on detailed conditions for the protection and fishing in inland surface waters.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 18 articles and two Annexes, establishes: (1) detailed conditions for amateur fishing; (2) a social organization authorized to conduct conservation and fishing examinations; (3) model fishing card and spearfishing card and the amount of the fee charged for their issuance; (4) detailed conditions for the protection and fishing, fishing tools and fishing devices, rules for establishing fishing, farming and protective areas and marking these areas.
