Regulation on fish catching and principles of breeding and catching of other aquatic organisms.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 23 paragraphs, establishes: detailed provisions for non-commercial fishing; procedure for examination in the field of fish protection and catching; the form of fishing card (specified in Annex 1) and underwater hunting card (Annex 2); detailed provisions for fish protection and catching, including fishing gears; principles of breeding and catching of other aquatic organisms. Only registered and properly marked vessels can be used for fishing. Par.6 contains the list of fish and crayfish species (with their sizes) which shall not be caught. Fishing gears are specified in par. 9.
