Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Recognition of the herd officially free from tuberculosis (Sec. 2); Recognition of the herd officially free from brucellosis (Sec. 3); Recognition of the herd officially free from enzootic leukemia (Sec. 4); Recognition of the farm where sheep and goats are kept officially free or free from brucellosis (Sec. 5); Final provision (Sec. 6). The Regulation establishes: detailed veterinary requirements necessary for recognition the herd or the farm officially free or free from some infectious diseases of animals; conditions and mode of withdrawing the recognition; conditions and mode of renewed recognition; methods of examination for the recognition and withdrawing the recognition.
