Regulation on detailed veterinary requirements for running activities concerning aquaculture.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 28 articles and one Annex, establishes detailed veterinary requirements for running activities concerning: (1) production enterprise of aquaculture sector; (2) enterprise processing or slaughtering aquatic animals in the fight against infectious diseases of these animals; (3) places other than production enterprises of aquaculture sector where aquatic animals are kept without intention of introduction into the market; (4) fisheries of put and catch type; (5) production enterprises of aquaculture sector dealing with marketing of aquatic animals only for their consumption by people. The Annex specifies frequency of inspection in the programme of aquatic animals health state supervision and official control.
