Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of six paragraphs, establishes criteria of assessment if there was an environmental damage relating to protected species or natural habitats, waters or land. If in the given case, the change of the state has a measurable, negative impact to human health, it is assumed that there was an environmental damage. The criteria of environmental damage assessment is the change causing one or more of the following results: (1) destruction or damage of natural habitats; (2) deterioration of the state of population of protected species on the given area; (3) reduction of the surface of natural habitats; (4) deterioration of protection possibilities of protected species.
