Abstract
Provisions of this Act apply to direct danger of the environmental damage or environmental damage: caused by the activity of an entity using the environment with the risk of environmental damage; caused by an entity using the environment if applies to protected species or protected natural places. Provisions of the Act apply to direct environmental damage caused by distracted energy coming from many sources, if it is possible to establish relations between danger of direct environmental damage and the activity of the entity using the environment. The following activities cause danger of environmental damage: receiving municipal wastes; exploitation of installations requiring integrated permission or permission for emitting gas or dust into the air; recycling or neutralizing of wastes; receiving or transport of wastes; release of sewage into the water or ground; piping away of surface or underground waters; retention of inland surface waters; closed usage of GMO or release of GMO to the environment, including marketing of GMO products; international trade in wastes; production, use, storage, processing, release to the environment and transport of hazardous substances and preparations, plant protection agents and biocide products; transport of hazardous materials.
