Regulation establishing procedures of evaluation of biocide products.

This Regulation, which is composed of four articles and two Annexes, establishes the procedures of evaluation of documentation on biocide products and criteria of evaluation of biocide products. The procedures include evaluation to verify completion of the documentation is complete and assessment of scientific values to evaluate risk. The procedures required to evaluate risk are specified in Annex 1 and include: risk to humans and animals; risk to the environment; means required to protect humans, animals and environment, when applying biocide products. The criteria of evaluation are specified in Annex 2.
