Regulation on measures to prevent the introduction into and the spread of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of five articles, lays down the detailed measures to be taken to prevent the introduction into the Republic of Poland and the spread of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto. The present Regulation establishes: (1) requirements to be met for the introduction into the Republic of Poland of live pollen and plants intended for planting, other than seeds, of Actinidia Lindl; (2) accompanying documents for the plants specified in (1) and information included in the phytosanitary certificate; (3) entities that may introduce into the Polish Republic or transfer through this territory of the plants specified in (1); (4) the scope of the Law on plant protection concerning quarantine organisms applying to Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto.
