Abstract
This Decision aims at preventing the introduction into and the spread within the European Union of the harmful organism Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae Takikawa, Serizawa, Ichikawa, Tsuyumu & Goto (which is the causal agent of kiwi canker). To this end it sets out the requirements to be met for the introduction into the European Union of live pollen and plants intended for planting, other than seeds, of Actinidia Lindl.
