Abstract
The objective of this Regulation of the Council of Ministers is to control activities which may significantly affect the environment. The present Regulation, which is composed of five articles and one Annex, establishes: (1) types of projects which may always significantly affect the environment (art. 2); (2) types of projects which may potentially significantly affect the environment (art. 3); (3) cases which are qualified as projects defined in points 1 and 2.
