Abstract
This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven paragraphs and three Annexes, lays down requirements for the production and quality of propagating material and planting material of vegetable and ornamental plants and vine seedlings, as well as the method of marking a batch of propagating material and planting material of vegetable and ornamental plants and vine seedlings. Requirements related to vegetables are specified in Annex1, to ornamental plants in Annex 2 and to vine seedlings in Annex 3.
