Regulation concerning detailed requirements of production and quality of seed material.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 21 articles and ten Annexes, establishes: (a) detailed requirements of the production of seed material of agricultural, vegetable and fruit plants and grapevines; (a) detailed requirements of the quality of seed material of agricultural, vegetable and fruit plants, and propagation material of vegetable and decorative plants and grapevines; (c) permitted amount of seed material placed on the market; (d) quantity of reproductions of seed material for individual groups of plants, including description of category and qualification level; (e) list of agricultural plant species with commercial category of seed material.
