Abstract
The Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 13 paragraphs and five Annexes, establishes: bacteriological, physicochemical and organoleptic requirements for quality of water; minimum frequency of water testing; water quality monitoring program; evaluation methods of water usefulness; methods of controlling of products used for water distribution; methods of controlling of laboratories testing water quality; methods of informing consumers about water quality. The requirements should be applied to water which is taken from: water supply systems; individual systems supplying more than 50 persons or supplying more than 10 cubic meters of water per day; tankers and containers used for emergency water supply; containers used in public transport.
