Abstract
This Decree, consisting of 15 articles, introduces in the national legal order the EU Regulation No. 1102/2008 on the prohibition of import/export of metallic mercury and other components containing mercury. It also applies for safe storage of this metal and defines the general system for waste management, including collection, transport, storage, disposal and elimination.
