Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of five articles and one Annex, modifies the Annex I of Order No. 106/96 regulating the production and placing on the market of CAC fruit-tree propagative material (Conformitas Agraria Communitatis), thus implementing the Commission Directive No. 2003/111/CE on the marketing of fruit plant propagating material and fruit plants intended for fruit production.
