Abstract
This Decree-Law establishes the regime for the exploitation of hunting resources. It amends article 131 of Decree-Law 136/96 of 14 August, prescribing controls to be performed by auxiliary wildlife guards, under the Ministry of Forestry, and establishes necessary measures for the monitoring and inspection of offenders.
