Abstract
This Decree-Law transposes for National legislation the EU Commission Execution Policy No. 2013/45/UE on tomato planting material marketing. It amends the requirements for marketing of vegetable propagating and planting material, other than seed, as amended by EU Commission Executive Directive No. 2013/45, dated 7 August 2013.

Repealed by
Decree-Law No. 82/2017 establishing the legal regime for fruit plants and creates the National Register of Fruit Varieties, transposing EU Commission Implementing Directives No. 2014/96, No. 2014/97 and No. 2014/98.
