Abstract
This Decree-Law, composed of 16 articles, regulates the Institute for Wine and Vineyard (IVV, I.P), a public body in charge for coordinating and controlling the institutional organization of the wine sector. The Decree-Law defines its mission and competences. In particular, the Institute shall audit quality certification systems, support the enforcement of EC legislation, and promote wine products. Moreover, the Decree regulates the internal bodies and internal functioning.
