Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 5 Chapters and 3 Annexes, divided into 25 articles, approves the regime for construction and demolition waste management. It establishes waste management system resulting from work or demolition of buildings or landslides, including its prevention and reuse, its operations collection, transportation, storage, sorting, treatment, recovery and disposal. The Decree-Law is divided as follows: General provisions (Chap. I); Construction and demolition waste management operations (Chap. II); Information (Chap. III); Inspection, offences and penalties (Chap. IV); Final provisions (Chap. V).
