Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 14 articles and 1 Annex, creates the General Directorate of Natural Resources, Safety and Maritime Services (DGRM) under the Ministry of Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Territorial Planning. This Decree-Law defines mission and competences of the above mentioned institution. In particular, the DGRM shall implement policies in the field of fisheries, aquaculture, fish processing, marine preservation, and control on marine fisheries.
