Abstract
This Decree, composed of 11 articles, regulates the General Directorate for Fisheries and Aquaculture (DGPA) of the Ministry for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries. The Decree defines its mission and competences. In particular, the DGPA shall implement policies in the field of fisheries, acquaculture, processing industry and shall control marine fisheries. Moreover, the Decree regulates the internal organization, structures and functioning. Finally, it regulates the succession regime.
