Abstract
This Decree-Law, consisting of 7 Chapters and 1 Annex, approves the Environmental License Regime (LUA), aiming to simplify the procedures of environmental licensing, regulating the issuing procedures for environmental title (TUA). The Decree-Law establishes the requirements to be met in order to benefit from this environmental licensing and applies to the licensing and authorization procedures for projects and activities covered by specific legal licensing regimes and prior environmental controls. It is divided as follows: General provisions (I); Stakeholders (II); Accredited bodies (III); Procedural matters (IV); Environmental Fee (V); Inspection, monitoring and regime against offenses (VI); Final and transitional provisions (VII).
