Abstract
This Decree, composed of 14 articles and 1 Annex, etablishes the Secretariat-General (so called SG) of the Ministry for Agriculture, Sea, Environment and Territorial Management (MAMAOT). The Decree establishes composition, duties and responsibilities of the above mentioned institution, entitled to guarantee technical and administrastive support to the cabinets of the Government integrated in the MAMAOT for maritime, environmental and territorial sectors.
