Abstract
This Decree, composed of 13 articles, regulates the General Secretariat (SG) of the Ministry for Agriculture, Rural Development and Fisheries. The Decree defines its mission and competences. In particular, the GS shall provide technical and administrative support to all Ministries’ cabinets and offices. Moreover, the Decree regulates the internal organization, structures and functioning. Finally, it regulates the succession regime.
