Abstract
This Law amends Decree-Law No. 327/80 regulating prevention and detection of forest fires. It consists of 15 articles establishing new actions to be performed in order to enforce and to improve the policy of forest fires prevention, specially within the so called "forest critical areas". Controls shall be carry out by competent services.
